Deposits
Reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit of one night's stay or 50% of the total room rate for the entire stay, whichever is greater. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. Visa, Discovery and MasterCard accepted.

Cancellations
Deposits are nonrefundable unless cancellation is received 7 days or more prior to arrival date. Cancellation fee of $25 for all cancellations.

No Smoking Policy
Britt Cottage is a smoke-free environment.

Pets
Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Holidays
Reservations during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays require a minimum two-night stay.

Access
Britt Cottage is located on the second floor. Access is limited to patrons able to climb one flight of stairs. We would be happy to assist visitors find other accommodations if other access arrangements are required.

No Parties. The Cottage is not sized or setup to accommodate parties. Please limit the number of visitors to four people.

Damage
The cost of excessive cleaning (beyond the cost of the cleaning fee), replacing missing items, or repairing any damage to the Britt Cottage or its' contents is the responsibility of the person booking the room, and will be charged to the card used for the deposit. Any violation of the no pet policy or the no smoking policy is a minimum charge of $50 up to the amount required to restore the Cottage to a smoke free/pet free environment.
