Deposits
Reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit of one night's stay. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. Visa, Discovery and MasterCard accepted.

Cancellations
Deposits are nonrefundable unless cancellation is received 7 days or more prior to arrival date. Cancellation fee of $25 for all cancellations.

No Smoking Policy
Britt Cottage is a smoke-free environment.

Pets
Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Holidays
Reservations during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays require a minimum two-night stay.

Access
Britt Cottage is located on the second floor. Access is limited to patrons able to climb one flight of stairs. We would be happy to assist visitors find other accommodations if other access arrangements are required.
